People search for this help in plain language — "how to file small claims in Celebration FL," "small claims Kissimmee forms," "someone owes me money in Florida, what form." The list below uses the Clerks' and the Rules' own form titles so the plain-language search and the court's catalog line up.

Small Claims — Orange County Clerk Packet #1

The Orange County Clerk publishes Packet #1, "Small Claims," for small claims cases. The packet page describes a small claims case as "a legal action to settle minor legal disputes among parties where the dollar amount involved is $8,000 or less, excluding costs, interest, and attorney's fees." The packet contains the Small Claims Packet Title and Instructions, a Civil Cover Sheet, and a Notice to Appear for Pretrial Conference Mediation. The Clerk's Self Help Center lists small claims among the case types it assists with.

Small Claims — Osceola County Clerk packet

The Osceola County Clerk publishes a small claims packet for filings in Kissimmee. Per the packet, it contains a Statement of Claim form, an Explanation Sheet, a Statement of Responsibility form, and an Affidavit as to Military Service form, and it states the $8,000 maximum for a small claims case.

Statements of Claim by claim type — Florida Small Claims Rules, Forms 7.330–7.337

The Florida Small Claims Rules publish eight different Statement of Claim forms, titled by claim type:

Small claims forms used later in a case

The Small Claims Rules also publish the forms that come later in a case, including the Summons/Notice to Appear for Pretrial Conference (Form 7.322), Final Judgment (Form 7.340), Execution (Form 7.341), Ex Parte Motion and Order for Hearing in Aid of Execution (Form 7.342), Fact Information Sheet (Form 7.343), Order to Show Cause (Form 7.344), Stipulation for Installment Settlement (Form 7.345), Satisfaction of Judgment (Form 7.347), and the Defendant's Motion forms (Forms 7.351–7.353) — the forms a person who was served with small claims papers, or a person filling out a Fact Information Sheet after a judgment, will find in the Rules.

County civil claims above small claims

The Orange County Clerk's Civil Division handles county civil claims up to $50,000. The Clerk's packet store does not publish a general county civil packet; the civil packets it lists are Small Claims, Unlawful Detainer, and Eviction.

Other court forms in an existing case

The clerks publish an "Application for Determination of Civil Indigent Status," the form the court lists for asking the clerk to determine eligibility to defer filing fees — the form people look for when they search "can't afford the court filing fee in Florida." Court packets also include a Designation of Current Email and Mailing Address form, used to keep the clerk and the other party informed of a filer's address; the Small Claims Rules publish a Designation of E-Mail Address for a Party Not Represented by an Attorney (Form 7.315) and a Change of Address form (Form 7.316).
