Celebration Notary & Document ServicesSam Pocker — Florida Notary Public

Document preparation — how it works.

This is a typing service for people in Osceola and Orange Counties who are handling their own case. The courts and the county clerks publish the forms and packets. You pick the ones for your case. I type them.

Document preparation is done by phone. You do not have to go anywhere, and I do not come to your home for paperwork. We talk on the phone, and I type while we talk. (Notary signings are different — for those, I do come to you.)

Please read first: Celebration Notary & Document Services is a nonlawyer document preparation service. I am not an attorney and I cannot give legal advice, tell you which forms to use, or tell you how to fill them out. The packets and forms listed here are published by the Florida courts and the county clerks under these names. You choose the packet or forms you want. You tell me your information — on the phone or in person — I write down exactly what you say and read it back to you to check, and then I type the forms. Before any work begins, every customer receives and signs Florida Form 12.900(a), Disclosure from Nonlawyer.

The steps

1. You choose the packet or forms

Browse the categories below — they use the same names the Florida courts, the Orange County Clerk, and the Osceola County Clerk use in their own catalogs. I cannot choose a packet for you or recommend one; that decision stays with you.

2. You sign the Disclosure from Nonlawyer

Before any work begins, every customer receives and signs Florida Form 12.900(a), Disclosure from Nonlawyer — the disclosure Florida's family law rules provide for exactly this kind of service.

3. You tell me your facts — I write them down and read them back

You do not have to write anything down. Just tell me — on the phone or in person. Tell me the names, dates, and facts in your own words. I write down exactly what you tell me. Then I read it back to you. You tell me if it is right, or tell me what to fix. Only then do I type it into the forms you picked. I do not make up the words, and I do not change your facts.

4. You review, sign, and file the forms yourself

You review the typed forms, sign them, and file them yourself. Osceola County cases file with the Osceola County Clerk in Kissimmee; Orange County cases file with the Orange County Clerk in Orlando (with Apopka, Ocoee, and Winter Park branches). Court filing fees are separate, are set by the courts, and are paid by you to the Clerk. Document preparation here is a flat fee quoted before work starts.

The catalog, by category

Family Law

The Orange County Clerk publishes Packets #102–#108 and #110–#114: Simplified Dissolution of Marriage; Dissolution with Children; Dissolution with Property But No Children; Dissolution with No Children and No Property; Dissolution with Children and Relocation; Paternity; Temporary Custody by Extended Family Member; Minor and Adult Name Change; and Supplemental Petitions to Modify Child Support, a Parenting Plan, or Alimony. The Florida Courts also publish statewide sets for stepparent adoption, answers and counterpetitions, support unconnected with dissolution, relocation, and enforcement and temporary support.

Small Claims & County Civil

The Orange County Clerk publishes Small Claims Packet #1, and the Osceola County Clerk publishes a small claims packet. The Florida Small Claims Rules publish eight Statement of Claim forms by claim type (Forms 7.330–7.337) and the forms used later in a case, including the Fact Information Sheet (Form 7.343).

Landlord & Tenant

The Orange County Clerk publishes Eviction Packet #3 and Unlawful Detainer Packet #2. The Florida Bar publishes the landlord/tenant forms, Forms 1–81, including the tenant-side Answer — Residential Eviction (Form 1.947(b)). The Osceola County Clerk provides Florida Bar packets in its Kissimmee office: 3-day, 7-day, and 15-day packets and a tenant packet.

Probate

The Clerks' Probate pages publish information for Disposition of Personal Property Without Administration — the Osceola Clerk posts the fillable form — and for Summary Administration.

Driver's License Contest & Other Court Forms

The Orange County Clerk publishes Packet #109, Petition to Contest Notice of Intent to Suspend Driver's License and Registration. The clerks also publish the Application for Determination of Civil Indigent Status and the address and e-mail designation forms used in existing cases.

About circuit civil cases

The Orange County Clerk's Civil Division handles circuit civil cases, including claims over $50,000 and foreclosure filings. The Clerk's published form packets cover small claims, unlawful detainer, and eviction; no general circuit civil packet is published in the Clerk's packet store.

Important: I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in Florida and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. This service does not file documents for customers and does not serve process — customers file as self-represented litigants and use the Sheriff or a certified process server where a packet calls for service. If you need advice about your rights or about which forms fit your situation, please consult a Florida attorney or the court's Self Help Center.
