Packet #109 — Petition to Contest Notice of Intent to Suspend Driver's License and Registration

The Clerk publishes Packet #109, "Petition to Contest Notice of Intent to Suspend Drivers License and Registration," described on the packet page for people who received a notice of delinquency and intent to suspend a driver's license and/or vehicle registration, within the time stated on the packet page (less than 20 days from the mailing date on the notice). The packet contains the Petition to Contest Notice to Suspend Driver's License, a cover sheet, a Notice of Related Cases form, and a designation of address form.
