Osceola County Clerk landlord/tenant packets

The Osceola County Clerk provides Florida Bar landlord/tenant packets in the Clerk's office in Kissimmee, under these names: a Three (3) day packet for nonpayment of rent; a Seven (7) day packet for noncompliance with a written lease; a Fifteen (15) day packet for no specific term; and a Tenant packet. The Clerk states the packets are provided by the Florida Bar Association, that forms approved for use in the Ninth Judicial Circuit are available in the Clerk's Office for pro se filers, and that after notice the landlord files a complaint and has the Clerk issue a summons for the Sheriff or a process server — "the necessary documents are in the eviction packet."

Important: Celebration Notary & Document Services is a nonlawyer document preparation service. I am not an attorney and I cannot give legal advice, tell you which forms to use, or tell you how to fill them out. The packets and forms listed here are published by the Florida courts, the county clerks, and the Florida Bar under these names. You choose the packet or forms you want. You tell me your information — on the phone or in person — I write down exactly what you say and read it back to you to check, and then I type the forms. Before any work begins, every customer receives and signs Florida Form 12.900(a), Disclosure from Nonlawyer. Document preparation is a flat fee quoted before work starts. This service does not serve process; the packets themselves direct filers to the Sheriff or a certified process server.
